Data connectors let native.builder pull files from cloud storage into your workflow. Connect a provider once at the workspace level, then reference those files while you chat and build.

Supported connectors

Connected files can inform what Builder generates — briefs, copy, assets, and structured data — without manually re-uploading everything into every project.

Connect a provider

1

Open workspace settings

From the sidebar, open Settings for your workspace.
2

Find data connectors

Open the integrations / data connectors section and choose Google Drive or Dropbox.
3

Authorize access

Complete the provider sign-in and grant the permissions Builder requests.
4

Use files while you build

In chat, attach or reference connected files the same way you would uploads — Builder can read them as context for the project.
Connector access is scoped to the workspace. Anyone in the workspace who can use chat may work with files the connector makes available, subject to the permissions you granted at the provider.

How Builder uses connected files

Once folders are linked, Builder can search connected Drive/Dropbox sources semantically — not only by exact filename — so prompts like “use the pricing brief” can find the right doc in a large folder. Manage connectors from Settings → Integrations. Full list: Integrations.

Tips

  • Connect the account that already holds your product specs, brand assets, or research — then ask Builder to use a specific file by name
  • Prefer sharing only the folders you need; you can disconnect a provider anytime from the same settings screen
  • For one-off files, you can still upload or paste attachments in chat
